Job Description

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Wolfboro Bay Center team on a per-diem basis for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Conduct patient assessments and collect data on patient conditions.
• Support nursing assessments and care planning processes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, as required by the state of practice.
