Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance

Job Description

Genesis Health is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Laurel Center. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. As an LPN, you will evaluate patients, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
