Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients and residents while building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
