Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
