Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Crestwood's team. LPNs under the direction of Registered Nurses deliver efficient nursing care, evaluate patients, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensed practical nurse licensure or pending.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
