Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our passionate team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high levels of satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
