Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, record data, and report changes in condition.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state).
