Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our geriatric/long-term care team at St. Anthony Center. We have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and PRN/Casual positions on both day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor changes in condition, and report findings.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
