Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse on a per diem basis to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing a range of nursing services under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed physicians. Responsibilities include health teaching, counseling, medication administration, and overseeing the implementation of the Plan of Care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure adherence to the Plan of Care by clinical staff.
• Supervise certified nurse aides and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the assigned unit's health care team.
