As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage our resources and industry expertise to acquire off-market and on-market properties, contributing to our extensive inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire investment properties through strategic analysis and negotiation.
• Utilize market trends and data analysis to drive successful property acquisitions.
• Collaborate with a network of sales agents to facilitate property sales.
• Work as an independent contractor with 100% commission-based compensation.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take ownership of work and deliver results.
• Experience in real estate investing is a plus.
