As an Acquisition Agent, your role will involve analyzing data, negotiating deals, and collaborating with our network of sales agents to maximize transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties.
- Analyze market trends and property data.
- Negotiate deals to secure profitable transactions.
- Collaborate with sales agents to facilitate property sales.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong negotiation and dealmaking skills.
- Ability to work on 100% commission as an independent contractor.
