Job Description

New Western is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your expertise and passion for real estate to acquire off-market and on-market properties. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, utilizing our resources, leads, and proprietary software to excel in the current real estate market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Negotiate deals with sellers to acquire properties.
• Collaborate with sales agents to facilitate property sales.
• Ensure timely closing of transactions and maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong deal-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on a 100% commission basis as an independent contractor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
