Lariat Lodge Brewing is looking for a Line Cook to join our team at the amazing Brewpub. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, and other food products while adhering to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of food products using kitchen equipment.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in food preparation tasks during slow periods.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Understanding of kitchen procedures, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
