Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the Memory Care Unit at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LNA, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Communication, respect, and support for residents are key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- State of Vermont LNA license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work respectfully and successfully as a member of a team.

The Memory Care Unit caters to individuals experiencing cognitive loss related to dementia. Our program focuses on providing activity-based care in a warm, supportive, and safe environment to help residents maintain dignity, purpose, and functional ability. This unit is staffed with dedicated team members who provide specialized care to the most vulnerable residents.
