The Post Acute Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing offers goal-directed care for patients recovering from surgery or hospitalization. Our specialized treatment programs focus on preparing patients for a safe return home, emphasizing independence and optimal recovery. We work with a range of conditions, including strokes, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, respiratory ailments, cardiac conditions, and post-trauma care.

Therapy Services

Routine therapy services are available Monday through Friday, with the option for additional therapy on Saturdays for enhanced outcomes. Nursing staff extend therapy services during non-therapist hours, ensuring continuity of care and support for patients' recovery.
