Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are hiring a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight in Reno, NV. ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is a leading LTL carrier, providing customized transportation and logistics solutions across the country. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations using safe and efficient techniques.

General Description of Duties

- Pick up and deliver cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers using dock worker procedures.
- Duties and schedules may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience preferred. Training available for less experienced candidates.
• Class-A CDL with endorsements and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and medical requirements.
