Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Local City Driver/Forklift Operator to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Reno, NV. As part of one of the nation's largest LTL carriers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of cargo to various destinations in proximity to our consolidation/distribution center.

General Description of Duties

• Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to specified destinations.
• Utilize forklifts for loading and unloading trailers following standard procedures.
• Schedule and duties may vary based on terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training available for less experienced candidates).
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazmat endorsements.
• Stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT screenings and medical requirements.
