• Oversee the RAI process and ensure compliance with regulations for MDS completion and transmission.
• Develop individualized Care Plans for residents based on their needs and projected outcomes.

Requirements

• Current LPN license.
• Previous healthcare facility experience.

• Computer skills, AccuMed experience preferred.
