Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments and report changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
