Job Description
Genesis Health is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a per-diem basis for day, evening, and night shifts at Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
