Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team at the Applewood Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. This position offers flexible scheduling options for Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Position Highlights

• Assess patient conditions, document observations, and communicate changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor the care provided by unlicensed staff.
