LPN - Tuition Assistance

Genesis Healthcare is looking for Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN delivers efficient nursing care, administers medication, and supervises patient care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
