Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN under the supervision of an RN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
