Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join the Homewood Suites Glen Allen team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and appearance of the hotel premises for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing minor and routine maintenance activities such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Replacing air-conditioner filters and notifying management of necessary repairs.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping records of maintenance and repair.
- Training and collaborating with hotel maintenance staff.
- Ensuring the quality and appearance of hotel rooms and common areas.
- Responding to guest room equipment issues and maintaining adequate supplies.
- Adhering to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

This role involves long hours standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and move objects. Physical fitness and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential.
