Job Description
Join Cargill's protein and salt business as a Maintenance Mechanic in Fort Morgan, CO. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.50, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our production processes while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Principal Accountabilities
- Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures, contributing to the development of safety best practices.
- Maintain process reliability and standards, prioritizing safety and environmental considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Mechanical aptitude and English language proficiency.
- Prior work experience in the last 12 months.
