Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented Manager, Field Analytics, and Operations for Oncology/Incentive Compensation. This remote position will play a crucial role in delivering field force analytics support and operational effectiveness within the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, data solutions, and incentive compensation management.

Responsibilities

  • Support field strategies for the Oncology team, focusing on field force effectiveness, customer targeting, and hybrids engagement activities.
  • Design and implement customer call planning tools to enhance field force productivity.
  • Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis, KPIs, and performance-related reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics & Insights teams.
  • Develop and communicate incentive compensation plans to field-based teams and sales leadership.
  • Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and technology capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data systems such as IQVIA and Symphony.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
