Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager for GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities who will play a crucial role in the design, development, and support of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations and R&D. As a key stakeholder in optimizing data quality and operational efficiencies, the Manager will collaborate with various functions to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and delivery of digital systems for GCDO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
• Identify new technologies and drive their implementation through building business cases.
• Maintain and optimize digital systems to enhance trial performance.
• Act as the subject matter expert on behalf of GCDO Business & Technology.

Requirements

• IT proficiency with clinical digital systems and analytics platforms.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials management and technology implementation.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines and software validation practices.
• Ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.

Educational Background

• Minimum BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical technology for the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and industry standards for clinical trial data management.
