Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join Aldi and learn the ropes of successfully managing a store. You will be involved in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing action plans. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to lead a store and maximize its performance.

Estimated Year 1 Earning: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, may vary by location)

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

• Prior retail experience, with management background preferred.
