In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of successfully managing a store, preparing you for your own store management responsibilities. You will play a key role in supervising daily store operations, ensuring high performance, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational plans while providing mentorship to the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, may vary by location)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and model company values for a cohesive team environment.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and training needs.
• Assist in hiring, performance evaluations, and advancement recommendations.
• Maintain store merchandising, inventory, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Customer service and team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
• Ability to operate equipment, manage budgets, and drive performance.
