We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join ALDI's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn the ins and outs of running a successful store. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while leading and developing a skilled team.

Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour, Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,500

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
