Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to learn all aspects of successfully managing an ALDI store and eventually lead your own team. In this role, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring your team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork among employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper signage.
- Participate in hiring, scheduling, and training of store personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience is accepted.
- Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and drive team performance.
- Skilled in budgeting, personnel management, and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Willingness to travel for training.
