Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training on managing store operations. You will supervise daily activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage schedules, and lead a team with operational excellence.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $70,750 (salary and bonus included)

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and customer service.
• Implement company strategy and core values.
• Oversee store operations for optimal performance.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in management.
