We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will be immersed in all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, staffing management, and operational planning while fostering team development.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 (salary plus bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and values among team members.
• Handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and scheduling processes.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
