Responsibilities

• Enforce sectional and departmental policies for effective operations.
• Manage supply purchases and staff scheduling based on patient census.
• Act as a technical resource, overseeing training and competency evaluation.
• Resolve departmental issues, develop policies, and ensure compliance with accrediting agencies.
• Evaluate and provide support for staff development and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
• 5-7 years of MT/MLS experience in a hospital lab setting.
