MRI Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a motivated and experienced MRI Supervisor to join our Radiology Department team. As the Team Leader for the MRI Team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing technical operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical and compliance measures in MRI operations.
• Assist in scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs.
• Participate in the hiring process and provide guidance to staff members.
• Perform MRI Technologist duties and ensure safe patient care practices.
• Act as a coach to facilitate collaboration within the department.
• Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred, advanced certification in MRI required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant modality.
• Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
