Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver for our Honolulu, HI location. As a City Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships through efficient and safe cargo transportation. Responsibilities
- Perform pickups and deliveries of cargo to designated destinations, primarily near the consolidation/distribution center.
- Efficiently load and unload trailers following designated procedures.
- Adhere to schedules and duties that may vary based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
- 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for less experienced applicants.
- Must possess a Class A CDL with endorsements for doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT.
- Strong work ethic, stable work record, and safe driving history.
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment screenings and medical requirements.
