ArcBest II ABF Freight is currently seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As a driver with ABF Freight, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of cargo to various destinations. Our drivers use cutting-edge technology to enhance their performance, making your role efficient and rewarding.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform pickups and deliveries to and from designated locations, primarily within the vicinity of the consolidation and distribution center.
• Handle loading and unloading of trailers using standardized techniques and procedures, similar to those of dock workers.
• Duties and schedules may vary depending on the terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training may be available for candidates with less experience.
• Must hold a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Stable work history and strong work ethic are essential attributes for successful candidates.
• Clean driving records, both MVR and prior employment, are mandatory.
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and compliance with DOT medical standards.
