Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with medication records, reordering, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure resident well-being.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state.
• Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively.
• CPR certification and willingness to attend monthly in-services.
