We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical, a primary care solution focused on providing quality, accessible, and enjoyable healthcare services. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage a patient panel at one of our employer on-site clinics, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits while utilizing your clinical training and skills to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel in an on-site clinic setting.
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
• State license in New York.
• Passion for human-centered care and proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
