Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to join our team in Lehigh Valley. As the Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology products, developing and managing business relationships with specialists, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products to healthcare providers in the designated area.
- Educate physicians about our products and their approved indications.
- Achieve sales forecasts and targets.
- Organize meetings and events to exchange medical and product information.
- Analyze territory to understand prescribing patterns and make strategic plans.
- Establish strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Support the company's sales strategy and uphold ethical marketing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in oncology sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of oncology products and disease states.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Experience
- Post-graduate business school study.
- 5 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience or 3 years of oncology sales experience.
- Experience with hematologic or solid tumor sales.
- Community oncology practice experience.
- Key account knowledge preferred.
