Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oncology Account Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in Toledo. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly promote our oncology products while developing and managing business relationships with therapeutic specialists in your assigned territory. This position is integral to our commercial team and involves implementing marketing strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives. Responsibilities

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to healthcare providers within the designated area.
  • Educate physicians and other healthcare professionals about our products and approved indications.
  • Achieve sales forecasts and targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and meetings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the territory.

Requirements

  • Four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling in Oncology preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to meet territorial requirements.

Preferred Experience

  • Post-graduate business school study, training.
  • 5 years pharmaceutical specialty sales experience or 3 years of straight Oncology sales experience required.
  • Experience with AML or Lung Cancer highly preferred.
  • Community Oncology practice experience.

This role requires frequent travel and a dynamic work schedule, including interactions with external contacts. Jazz Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to equal opportunity employment practices. For US-based candidates, Jazz offers a competitive compensation package within the range of $128,000 - $192,000, based on qualifications, skills, experience, and contributions. Besides base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus, incentive compensation, and various benefits offerings.
