Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is a global biopharmaceutical company committed to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. We are currently seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region.

Position Objectives

  • Develop and execute business plans focusing on key stakeholders in health systems and community oncology practices.
  • Support Jazz Oncology brand objectives through collaborations and strategic partnerships.
  • Position Jazz Oncology products as preferred options and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.

Position Responsibilities

  • Optimize engagements and resources with strategic oncology accounts.
  • Lead the development of strategic account plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate insights with leadership to drive access strategy.
  • Manage key business relationships and collaborate across teams to support field-based initiatives.
  • Educate accounts on distribution, access issues, and patient support services.
  • Attend key industry meetings, conferences, and projects impacting the Market Access Team.

Skills / Competencies required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Travel required up to 40%.
