Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is a global biopharmaceutical company committed to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. We are currently seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region.
Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans focusing on key stakeholders in health systems and community oncology practices.
- Support Jazz Oncology brand objectives through collaborations and strategic partnerships.
- Position Jazz Oncology products as preferred options and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize engagements and resources with strategic oncology accounts.
- Lead the development of strategic account plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Communicate insights with leadership to drive access strategy.
- Manage key business relationships and collaborate across teams to support field-based initiatives.
- Educate accounts on distribution, access issues, and patient support services.
- Attend key industry meetings, conferences, and projects impacting the Market Access Team.
Skills / Competencies required
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Travel required up to 40%.
