Position: Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join our Market Access team in Palo Alto, California. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in establishing and managing business relationships within the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on oncology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive brand objectives and educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
  • Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts and lead the development of account-level plans.
  • Communicate account plans and insights to inform access strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in health systems and oncology practices.
  • Stay informed on payer policies and educate accounts on distribution and access issues.
  • Attend industry meetings and conferences to stay current on market access trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with health systems, group purchasing organizations, and oncology practice networks.
  • Strong knowledge of financial barriers, revenue cycle management, and value propositions in oncology.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
