Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the team at ALDI. As part of the National Services & divisional offices, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our stores and warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate information to leadership, team members, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative support and manage office tasks.
  • Order office supplies and maintain filing systems.
  • Identify and report irregularities in your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct training sessions and cross-train team members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively.
