Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the team at ALDI. As part of the National Services & divisional offices, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our stores and warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Communicate information to leadership, team members, and store personnel.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
- Provide administrative support and manage office tasks.
- Order office supplies and maintain filing systems.
- Identify and report irregularities in your area of responsibility.
- Conduct training sessions and cross-train team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively.
