Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring the smooth running of our network of stores and warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Communicate relevant information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Resolve operational customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to various teams.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Conduct training and cross-training within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain successful partnerships.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
