Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring the smooth running of our network of stores and warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate relevant information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Conduct training and cross-training within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain successful partnerships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
