Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO at ABF Freight, a leading LTL carrier in the country. As part of our fast-paced and growing company, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating resources to ensure the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and damage-free freight handling.
• Assign tasks to workers based on schedules and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous transportation or service center experience desirable.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
