We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of the ABF Freight family, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring timely and safe operations.

General description of duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all personnel.
• Support safety protocols for hazardous materials handling.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight operations and safety guidelines.
