Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and maintain a neat store appearance. As a Stocker, your responsibilities include stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and operating machinery safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide prompt customer service and assist shoppers.
• Follow cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and effective time management.
