Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and assist customers. This position offers variety and the opportunity to engage with new challenges daily.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, shelf stocking, customer service, and following cash policies
• Perform stocking duties including shelf organization, merchandising displays, inventory monitoring, and equipment operation
• Adhere to physical demands including lifting, carrying, and operating machinery

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
