Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain store security and confidentiality of information.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
• Operate machinery and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and effective time management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
